I can't remember too much of what I did today, but I do know that I packed for New York. I had a lot of stuff so I ended up having to take out a couple of things, and Kristen and Mom took put some of my things into their suitcases. Oops. :/

Today I had an orthodontist appointment. I didn't get anything major done; I just got the color of my bands changed from purple to red.

Afterwards, my sister, my mom, and I went shopping at a few places. When I got home, I started packing for New York. Fitting things into a quart size bag is harder than you would think. :/ Since I'm almost done with packing, I think I'll spend a little time tomorrow filming.

Today was a pretty simple day. I had my second guitar lesson with Ryan, and we worked more on "Live a Little" by Kenny Chesney. I can actually pretty much play the song through now. :)

When we got back, Dad had already gotten home. Yeah, you read that right. He came home, left, and came back home in a little over 50 hours. Isn't that crazy?

We just hung out for a while and watched the Yankee game. Then we ate dinner. They all had dirty rice, but I don't like that so I ate my leftover lasagna.

I pretty much spent the rest of the night working on a video and a blog post.

Today, I got up at 10:30 a.m. on my own. Aren't you proud of me?! Anyway, I got up, and we all ate breakfast together. We chatted for a little while, and then my dad left on another business trip.

I went upstairs and got ready for my driving lesson with Graham. It went pretty well; we went over everything that's going to be on the test. He actually said he thinks I'm going to pass! Are you as shocked as I am?

After my lesson, I came home and worked on blog posts for a while.

Dad came home today! He came home around lunchtime, so we all got to eat lunch together. My mom made chicken noodle soup, and it was delicious. :) We all just hung out, talked, and caught up for a while after that.

Later that evening, my mom, my sister, and I went shopping at Target. I got an ELF blush and bronzer duo that will have to suffice in place of the NARS one that I wanted yesterday. Someday...

Anyway, once we left Target, it started thundering, and the sky was looking really creepy. However, it only rained for five minutes, and then it was all over. Stupid weather...

Today, I went to the mall! I hadn't been there in forever, so it was really nice to go. However, contrary to the past times I've gone, I drove there. By the time we got back home from dropping my sister off at her friend's house, I felt like I'd been driving all day.

While at the mall, we went into Sephora, Wet Seal, and Bath & Body Works. I would have liked to go to more places, but we got there kinda late. I'd never been in Sephora before, and I have to say...I think I'm obsessed. I really want to try out some of the things I saw in there, but I'm going to have to wait until I get a gift card. :( I'm actually kind of proud of myself; I went into a makeup store without buying anything!

Next I went into Wet Seal because I had two gift cards from Christmas and my birthday. (Thank you Uncle Ken, Aunt Kenna, Nick, Nikki, and Kody!) I got a ton of items, and I can't wait to wear them. :)

Finally, we went into Bath & Body Works because they're having a crazy sale. I got three hand sanitizers, a candle holder for the candle I got there a couple weeks ago, and a lotion.

Once we left the mall, we went out to eat at My Cousin Vinny's. It's a really good Italian restaurant that's near the mall. I got a mozzarella thingy (it was SOOOO delicious), part of a Caesar salad, a roll, and half of my lasagna. I was incredibly full after we left.

Dad's coming home tomorrow!

Today was a pretty good day. I went to have lunch with Señora at Stevi B's. It was just her, Savannah, Anna, and myself. It was a lot of fun; we all caught up with what's going on in each other lives. (We also gossiped about some of the kids at our school...haha). I really miss having Señora as a teacher; I hope we can do more get togethers soon. :)

Today I woke up (well, I never really fell asleep, so I guess I just got up...) at 6:45...a.m! That is quite a feat for me. Anyway, I got ready and left to go have breakfast at Waffle House with Victoria and Sidney. This adventure would be my first experience at Waffle House, so I was interested to see how it turned out. Amazingly, it actually wasn't bad. I got a chocolate chip waffle and some milk. I had a really nice time visiting with Sid and Victoria. I hadn't seen Victoria since school got out, and i had only seen Sid once the day before. I'm going to miss Sid while she's in Nebraska. :(
After they left, I sat with my mom and sister while they ate their breakfast. When I got home, a edited part of a video and wrote a blog post. Then, I took a nap cause I was exhausted. After my nap, I finished editing and saved the video. Then...I took another nap haha.
Eventually, at around 1:30 a.m., I realized all I had eaten was a waffle. So I went downstairs and had some pulled pork. :)

I just realized I forgot to post about June 21st...so we're going to pretend this one came before the last one, okay? haha

Today I had a guitar lesson with my new teacher, Ryan. I really like him; Josh picked well haha. We just got to know each other and worked on "Live a Little" some.

Afterwords, I went to a pool party at Sid's house. Before we left for the pool, we watched Ahh! Zombies!...or something along those lines. Let's just say it was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. hahaha

At the pool, Casey brought her underwater camera so we had a lot of fun taking pictures. :) Until this kid starting bleeding in the pool...then we all got out in a hurry. Oh, did I mention I forgot to bring my bikini bottoms? Sigh...that would happen to me. So I just had to make do with these shorts that were a tad too big so they kept gaping open...awesome. haha

Today was the day of Ellen and David's wedding. It was a really nice ceremony, and Ellen looked beautiful. I had a good time catching up with family and taking pictures. I actually met one of Mirissa's friends, Angel, and we talked for quite a long time. We had a lot in common! haha

After the wedding, many of us went back to the hotel and just hung out. :)

Today we just hung out with the family again. Most of the kids got into the pool, though I didn't. I mostly talked with my mom and my cousins, Ken and Julie. It was an all around relaxing day; I enjoyed it. :)

Today we left for Kentucky for my cousin's wedding. I drove for about an hour and a half, then we switched off at the Tennessee line because we weren't sure if it was legal haha. I pretty much slept the rest of the way. Once we got there, we just hung out with our family because we hadn't seen them in forever. Brianna and Brittney have changed so much!

Today was our last guitar lesson with Josh. :( Although I'm sad about it because he's a great teacher, I'm really happy for him! He was hired as the guitar tech for The Band Perry. :) We got pictures with him and had him sign our books just in case he ever becomes famous. haha

Today, Steph came over. We had a lot of fun. :) We watched tv for a little while, but we ended up making cupcakes. We used cherry cakemix and put vanilla frosting on them. Can you guess what animal it's in the shape of? :)

Happy birthday, Kristen!

Today Kristen had her party with all of her friends at the pool. She had cute little cupcakes arranged in the shape of a cupcake. haha. It was quite relaxing; I just lied by the pool and read a book.

Two of her friends came home with us later for the family party. The four of us played Taboo, which Kristen got for her birthday. Later on we also did makeovers and such.

Today I had to go to guitar because my guitar teacher had an interview for the Band Perry the next day. I learned the songs "Something Like That" by Tim McGraw and "Live a Little" by Kenny Chesney.

We left for camping yesterday, and I drove the entire way! After we got there, I pretty much read the whole day.

Today, my mom, my grandma, and I went shopping at the outlet mall. We went into many shops, but we only bought things at Guess and Bath & Body Works. I bought a Guess purse with the money that I got for my grades. They had just put it on the shelf, and I still got it half off! It was a pretty great deal. :) Because I finally got into the top ten at my school, my mom bought me the matching wallet. :)

We also went into Bath & Body Works and bought some things. We got Kristen and Emily lipglosses (in pineapple...mmm), and I got one in cherry. They were having crazy sales so I also got a lotion in Black Amethyst, a candle in Fresh Picked Cherries, and two tanning lotions because I'm pale. I thinks that's all we got...I'm not sure though; I'm doing this off of memory.

While we were there, we went in to Burberry just to check it out. We actually found a purse for over $1000. I don't know who would pay that much for a purse...it wasn't even that cute! haha

The only thing I did today was pack for the camping trip for the weekend. Kristen, Emily, and Dad had already left, and Mom and Grandma were out so I had the house to myself. When they got home, we decided to go out to eat. We ordered Chinese food. :)

I had cheer camp again today. We went over the two dances, and then we all taught some cheers and chants to each other. It was a pretty easy day.

Today was the day I realized my purse was missing, so we had to go pick it up after camp. I think I may have gone shopping after that, but I'm not sure...haha

Today was the first day of cheer camp, and I was the only junior there. There were only two seniors there...this year should be interesting. Our cheer coach made up a dance and taught it to us. It's pretty simple, but it's not awful. I actually kind of like it. We also learned the school fight song, but I already knew it from freshman year.

After camp, I went out to eat with my mom, my grandma, and my sister. For the first time since I was in fourth grade, I left my purse. I'm not sure how I did it, considering it's always attached to me. I didn't notice until the next day, and when I did, I started freaking out.

I'm going to try and recap my summer so far.

The last day of school, May 27, I got out at 10:30 because I had sixth period lunch. Afterwards, my mom and I went shopping at Target for a couple hours.

Later on that day, I went to Hannah's house for a pool party with Christina, Lizzie, and Catie. After the pool, we went out on her deck and ate dinner. (We also had a very interesting conversation about a hot guy...hahaha.) After that, we went inside and watched Letters to Juliet. I love that movie; I recommend watching it. :)

When the movie was over, we went to Hannah's room and went through the makeup I brought. We decided to attempt some makeovers, which didn't go well...at all. haha
